Middle Eastern Dance for women, Belly Dance, has been done as labor preparation and birthing practice for centuries and is now being rediscovered in western society as an aid to educate pre-natal women. DFTS pre and post natal belly dance classes are doctor approved and taught by a certified instructor. 

 

Free Pre-natal Belly Dance Classes taught by State certified instructor Suzy Swearingen D. F. T. S. with over five years experience and training in holistic belly dance for pregnancy and other special populations.
